Welcome to Fox Hill Vineyard! We are
Mike and Carole Farrell, and in 1979,
we acquired 40 beautiful acres of land
in Alexander Valley, Sonoma County.
Over the next several years, we
developed the vineyards and built our
home.
Now, on our meticulously farmed,
22-acre, hillside vineyard, we grow
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that
consistently rate among the highest
quality compared to other vineyards in
Alexander Valley - a terroir known for
its exceptional Cabernet.
We've been selling our Cabernet to
Clos du Bois Winery for over 20 years.
Clos du Bois blends our fruit in their
Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Reserve wine.
The quality of our winegrapes is
exemplified in our farming philosophy:
the grower's footprints should be found
on the vineyard floor.
Our commitment to sustainable
agricultural practices such as canopy
management, deficit irrigation, and
natural cover crops create fruit of
exceptional depth and character.
